Mapping Editor
The mapping editor is where you connect your source feed fields to the target channel fields. This visual editor uses drag-and-drop connections to create field mappings.
Creating a Mapping
- Go to your feed’s detail page and click + Add Mapping.
- Select the target sales channel (Google Shopping, Meta, Trendyol, etc.).
- The mapping editor will open with your source fields on the left and target fields on the right.
Auto-Mapping
When you enter the editor for the first time (no saved rules), Alltogether360 automatically tries to match fields:
- First, it applies the channel’s default mapping rules for exact field name matches.
- Then, it performs fuzzy matching by normalizing field names (stripping prefixes like
g:, ignoring underscores and hyphens).
- The Save button will pulse with an animation to remind you to review and save the auto-mapped connections.
Manual Mapping
To create a connection manually:
- Click and drag from a source field (left panel) to a target field (right panel), or vice versa.
- The connection line will appear between the two fields.
- To remove a connection, click the × button on the connected field.
Rule Types
Click the edit (pencil) icon on any target field to configure its mapping rule:
- Direct — Maps the source field value directly to the target field.
- Static — Sets a fixed value regardless of the source data (e.g., condition = “new”).
- Prefix — Adds a text prefix to the source value.
- Suffix — Adds a text suffix to the source value.
- Find & Replace — Performs text replacement on the source value.
- Conditional — Applies different values based on conditions.
Required vs Optional Fields
Target fields are grouped into Required and Optional sections. Required fields must be mapped before you can save. The channel documentation specifies what each field expects.
Saving
Click Save Mapping to save your connections. If this is your first save, a modal will appear showing product count and filter options. After the first save, the button saves directly without the modal.
